Cactus plants enjoy all the attention they can get from the sun and thrive in the direct light—place them in the warmest, sunniest corner of your home.
Cactus is known for surviving without much watering but, be sure to check the soil every few weeks. If the first 2-3 inches of soil are dry, it’s time to give the plant a drink.
When repotting or moving your cactus, wear leather work gloves, and use kitchen tongs to gently handle the spikes and to avoid pricks.
